Esther combines the experience of a twelve year career in investment banking with the
presentational skills of a trained actress. Her career began at Goldman Sachs and UBS,
where she worked her way up to Executive Director and led teams delivering
compliance training to a variety of businesses. After studying for an MA in Acting from
the Arts Education School, she founded her own business providing training in financial
services, compliance and professional skills.
Her acting abilities allow her to recreate real life case studies, challenging clients to
work outside their comfort zone. Through these exercises, she is able to achieve
significant improvements in articulation, self-belief and presentation in high pressure
business environments. Her wide range of talents ensures she is as comfortable
coaching recent graduates as experienced executives.
