Hilary McLellan

Hilary is an organisational behaviourist, executive and team coach who specialises in emotional intelligence, resilience and psychological safety.

She works as a facilitator and coach with senior leaders and their teams in Rail, Engineering, Interactive Entertainment and 3rd Sector.

The first 25 years of Hilary’s career was as a Senior HR professional in both the public and private sectors. She is a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, Member of the Association for Coaching, and an alumni member of City University (Organisational Behaviour MSc).
